Without going into too much detail, it’s safe to assume that their clothes aren’t as comfortable as other office outfits like pants, jeans, t-shirts, and sneakers.

Keeping in mind the level of employee comfort, a low-cost airline in Ukraine decided to revise its standard uniform policy, a so-called “revolutionary change”.

SkyUp has become one of the most forward-thinking airlines in the world. And that status has reached a new high with their new employee makeover.

In a press release, the airline said employees will receive brand new Nike Air Max 720 sneakers to maximize their comfort while on duty.

“Before creating a new concept in collaboration with Frame Fashion Consultancy, we delved into history and analyzed the overall evolution of the flight attendant uniform since the early 1930s. This has changed depending on the role played by the flight crew, ”said Marianna Grigorash. , head of the marketing department of SkyUp Airlines.

Olga Tsaregradskaya, the curator of the new uniform project, said in a statement that a study and interviews with flight attendants was the starting point for the makeover project.

“The study and interviews with the flight attendants became the starting point to work on a new image – a modern girl with an active life position – a champion who works for team results and who shows respect for herself and her health, so we decided to replace the shoes with sneakers, ”said Olga
